How exactly are Olicap Credits calculated?
Credits are calculated based on video duration and are always rounded up to the nearest minute. For example, a 45-second video is rounded to 1 minute. A 1 minute and 10-second video is rounded to 2 minutes. There is a minimum charge of 1 minute per action.
When are credits deducted?
Upload/Transcription credits (1 per minute) are deducted immediately when you drop a file to upload. Export/Render credits (3 per minute) are deducted when you click the final export button.
What happens if an upload or export fails?
If your browser closes during an upload, or if our servers fail to process or render your video after 3 automatic retries, the system's background workers will automatically refund those credits back to your monthly balance.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you exceed your credit limit, you won't be able to upload or export new videos until your next billing cycle. You can always upgrade your plan mid-month to get more credits instantly.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. You will continue to have access to your plan's features and remaining credits until the end of your current billing period.
